Shipping Policy

At YC Computer, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping will be confirmed only after the customer verifies the order via call/email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship products through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, etc.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • Remote areas may take longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): Standard shipping charges may apply depending on weight & location.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD handling charges apply.
  • Any advance shipping charge collected for COD orders is non-refundable (even if the order is cancelled or returned).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Customers must provide the correct address, phone number, and pin code while placing the order.
  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Customers are requested to record an uncut parcel opening video at the time of delivery. This will be required for any return or refund claims.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If the package is damaged in transit, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.
  • If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
