At YASHIKA COMPUTERS (https://www.yccomputer.com/), we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- All Replacement Products Will Be Delivered Within 5–7 Working Days
- The product is physically damaged during shipping and reported within 24 Hours of delivery.
2. Manufacturer Warranty (Defective Products)
- All electronic products (Laptop, Hard Drive, SSD, Accessories, etc.) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- If the product is defective or not working properly, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and service policy.
- Customers must directly contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center for repair, replacement, or warranty claims.
- YC Computer is not responsible for defects covered by manufacturer warranty.
3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
- For any return or refund claim, customers must provide a clear uncut parcel opening video showing:
- The package in sealed condition.
- Opening of the parcel.
- Product inside the box with invoice/label visible.
- Without a parcel opening video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges – these are service charges and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Products that have been used, installed, or physically damaged after delivery.
- Products with tampered packaging, missing serial number, or altered warranty stickers.
- Software, downloadable products, or consumables.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, power fluctuations, or customer negligence.
5. Return Process (Wrong/Damaged Items Only)
- Customers must inform us within 24 Hours of delivery if they received a wrong or damaged product.
- Request must include the parcel opening video and product images.
- Once approved, the product must be returned in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval of the returned (wrong/damaged) product.
- Refunds will be Credited to your original payment method (Google Pay/UPI/Netbanking/Card) within 7–10 working days.
- COD shipping charges paid at the time of delivery will not be refunded.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipping for a full refund.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery, any advance shipping charge collected will remain non-refundable.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong order placed, change of mind, etc.), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
