  • Request must include the parcel opening video and product images.
  • Customers must notify us within 24 Hours of delivery for return requests.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days after inspection.

6. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

  • For any return or refund claim, customers must provide a clear uncut parcel opening video showing:
    • The package in sealed condition.
    • Opening of the parcel.
    • Product inside the box with invoice/label visible.
  • Without a parcel opening video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

7. Warranty

  • Some products may come with manufacturer warranty; details will be provided with the product.
  • Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer (if applicable).
